Mr. Arvil Willard “Smiley” Burnette, 87, of Barbourville, the husband of Evelyn Bargo Burnette, passed away Sunday afternoon, January 30, 2022 at the Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was the son of the late Albert and Lois Elizabeth Jackson Burnette.
His funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Tuesday, February 8 at 2 P.M. He will be laid to rest in the Barbourville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday after 12 Noon until the funeral hour.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
