Barbourville, Ky. – Anthony Ray Troutman, age 55, of Barbourville, KY. passed away peacefully on April 30, 2024 at 12:40 AM in the hospice unit at Lake Cumberland Hospital in Somerset, KY.
Anthony was born February 5th, 1969 in Barbourville, KY. to Juanita Lee and Raymond Edward Troutman. He shortly became a brother on the 22nd day of May 1973, to Bryon Scott Troutman, who he loved dearly.
Bryon Scott Troutman resides in Highland Heights, KY. with his wife, Michelle Troutman, and children Ashlyn Marie Lee, Madison Taylor, Hayden Scott, and Justin Bryant Troutman.
Anthony was blessed with sons by Tammy Jackson, Derek Anthony Troutman of London, KY.; by Ann Brainard McIntosh, Gabriel Tod Brainard of Somerset, KY.; and late identical twins with Jamie Arnett, David and Daniel Arnett of Vancouver, WA.
He is survived by his many friends, family, and he especially loved his grandchildren; Skyler Kanyon, Anniston Kate, Eli Kase and Maverick Reese Troutman of London, KY.
He was preceded in death and widowed by his wife Lisa Fulghum of Monroe, MI. in 2021.
Anthony lived a very full life, from traveling through and living in many states. He loved nature and sight seeing. He spent several years training and competing in powerlifting. He had various jobs that allowed him to meet and influence many people, especially talking and learning more about Jesus Christ.
Anthony was loved by his family and friends and he spent his last days surrounded by them. As we celebrate his life and remember the time spent with Anthony, we can only find comfort with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The Troutman family will receive friends at Hopper Funeral Home Friday, May 3, 2024 from 2:00 PM until the funeral hour of 4:00 PM. Reverend Danny Stark will officiate assisted by Reverend Leonard Lester. Musical Tributes will be performed by Brittany Irvin, accompanied on the piano by Kaitlyn Shields. Interment will follow the funeral service in the Barbourville Cemetery. Beloved family members will serve as Pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers are dedicated staff members of Hospice of Lake Cumberland and the staff of Hopper Funeral Home.
