Angela Kay Bingham Messer, age 52 of Walker was born in Pineville, KY on December 1, 1971 to the late Johnny Merida and Brenda Bingham and departed this life on August 4, 2024 in the Baptist Health of Corbin Hospital. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and enjoyed Caring for her dog “Daygo”, writing, cleaning house, loved being a Mom, and time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, a brother: Teddy Baker preceded her in death.
Angela is survived by her loving children: Tyler Messer of Walker, and Kendra Messer and Charlie Sizemore of Manchester; stepfather: Ralph Henderson of Gray; 2 brothers: John Wayne Merida and wife Rose, and Garu Merida and wife Nicole all of Covington; 4 grandchildren: Bella Smith, Caleb Messer, Payton Messer, and McKinze Messer; 3 step grandchildren: Roberta Sizemore, Bryson Sizemore, and Bently Mills; other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony Mrs. Angela Messer will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, August 9, 2024 at 8:00 PM with Rev. Glenn Collins officiating. Burial will be private to the family. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Barbourville Funeral Home on Friday from 6 PM to the funeral hour at 8.
