Keelie Blecher has been reported missing by her family. If you know of her whereabouts please contact 911 or the Knox County Sheriff Department at 606-546-3181.

MISSING GIRL
Keelie Belcher was last seen Friday night November 9, 2018 at her home at 11:00pm. She was seen in the company with the boy in the picture and had been waiting for someone to pick him up around 11:20pm. She was also reported as being seen at Wildcat Market in Flat Lick Kentucky at approximately 12:30am Saturday morning.
Her family has been looking for her and is worried about her whereabouts.
