We want to remind everyone to please be patient as we are working as fast as we can to get through the COVID-19 Vaccine Phases safely and as compressive as possible. We have developed a Vaccine Request Form for those interested in receiving the COVID-19 Vaccine from KCHD. Once we receive the vaccine for your phase group, you will be contacted at that time to set up your appointment. We will continue to post information about the vaccine. We want to Thank Everyone for their understanding during this time.
