Barbourville High School claimed the Runner-Up spot in the 50th District Governor’s Cup Competition held on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018. The Tigers fell to Clay County in the over all standings but placed in the top five in all of the categories except math and social studies. The medal winners will advance to Regional play the second week of February for a chance to advance to the State Competition later this year.
